The Framework for Early Childhood Education & Care in Switzerland identifies six guiding principles, which are the foundation for educational work in daycare centers. The educational process in early childhood is always related to concrete everyday situations of the child. They are embedded in everyday experiences and immediate environment of the child.“ (Orientierungsrahmen S.24)
